Sports Lab Drogheda is Drogheda's first and only dedicated sports recovery facility. its goal is to bring elite recovery modalities used by the highest level athletes around the world to the sporting population of drogheda whether they are casual gym goers or professional athletes. Our state of the art facility contains an Avantopool Ice bath, Hot tub, Infrared sauna, Normatec compression boots and an active recovery/mobility area. ABOUT US
Through my studies in Strength and Conditioning/Nutrition I became more and more interested in the preperation and recovery from exercise. I felt a facility like this was much needed in an area such as Drogheda that has a large variety of clubs, gyms and teams. I look forward to meeting people from all different levels and helping them stay operating at their best.
